Joe has been a top-tier recruiter, team builder, and sales trainer since he started selling over 25 years ago. He holds many personal sales records and organizational accolades, but Joe is most proud of the lasting connections he’s made through the years. Above all, Joe is a connector.
His sales career began in the Health Insurance Industry, marketing to small businesses in the Midwest. He had instant success and immediately realized a much larger opportunity, the magic of recruiting. Joe partnered with the right people and was a key player in growing a small MGA of a couple of dozen agents to a powerhouse of over 400 in less than two years.
After tirelessly weathering the crash and aftermath of the great recession in 2008, he partnered with a very well-known financial services marketing company that specialized in Indexed Universal Life Insurance. There, he recruited and trained associates from coast to coast, constantly honing his skills and passing on his passion and wisdom to everyone he met. He is now excited to tackle his greatest opportunity to date, by helping to take Imagine to unprecedented growth and profitability.

Ben has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry including the areas of public securities, mortgage brokering and lending, life insurance and qualified retirement plans.
For the past 20 years Ben has been exclusively focused on self directed employer retirement accounts. Ben is passionate about empowering business owners and real estate investors with information to make their own financial decisions and believes in finding creative solutions for almost any financial situation.
Ben was rewarded for his hard work and passion. In 2018 Ben was published in INC Magazine for the top 5000 private fastest growing companies in the US. In 2018 INC magazine ranked his company iSelfDirect number 296 out of 5000 private companies in the US. His company was also recognized by INC 5000 number 6 top educating companies in the US and Number 1 top educating company in Nevada.
Brendon Walker

Brendon Walker graduated in 2000 from Youngstown State University with a marketing management degree. He has over 22 years of successful sales, leadership and financial services experience. As an owner of a top State Farm Agency specializing in life insurance, Brendon deepened his understanding of effective financial analysis and sales strategies, helping clients build wealth and financial prosperity. Brendon is an avid real estate investor and has extensive experience in acquiring, improving and managing income-producing properties.
With his extensive experience in finance, sales and marketing acumen, Brendon uses his expertise and passion to drive proven results in financial services marketing. Brendon has been a mentor and leader of financial professionals for years, helping to grow and enhance their skills and knowledge in order to provide strong financial plans for clients.
